June 10th: Same Sex Marriage, Civil Unions and the Law
PFLAG welcomes Daniel Ramos who is Director of Organizing and Alliance Building at One Colorado. Daniel’s presentation will focus on current legal happenings at the national and state levels affecting LGBT folks, especially with regard to same sex marriage and civil unions.

| Jun 16: Denver PrideFest parade
This year’s PrideFest theme is “Focus on Our Families.” That sounds like the perfect theme for a major PFLAG turnout. Please plan to march with PFLAG Fort Collins as well as PFLAGers from other chapters throughout Colorado. The PrideFest Parade begins at 9:30 AM from Cheesman Park and proceeds down Colfax Avenue into Civic Center Park. To join PFLAG in marching, you can park somewhere between Cheesman Park and Civic Center Park and walk to Cheesman Park. Look for the PFLAG signs. We are usually near the start of the parade and are not difficult to find. |
